Adebayo Oba Adelodun SAN
SAN, FCIArb – Principal Partner
Called to the Nigerian Bar in 1983, he was appointed a Notary Public by the Chief Justice of Nigeria in the year 1995. He has had extensive legal practice in virtually all the spheres of the legal profession. An active Barman, he was between 1995 and 1997 the Chairman of the Ilorin branch of the Nigerian Bar Association. In the year 2006, he was conferred with the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria by the Legal Practitioners’ Priveleges Committee. He is a member of the International Bar Association and a member of the National Executive Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association. He is the founder and Principal Counsel. Mr. Adelodun is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Nigeria, a fellow of the International Dispute Resolution Institute and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN)

was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2011. He is presently stationed in the Head office at Ilorin where he is exposed to core litigation. Adedo is an accredited solicitor with the Corporate Affairs Commission and has extensive experience in arbitration and general practice including labour and Revenue matters as well as Regulatory Compliance. In 2022, Mr. Adedo was appointed a partner in the Firm.

Egboro, Praise Tokoni
Egboro, Praise Tokoni is a Legal Practitioner with a focus on litigation and dispute resolution. She is a Second Class Upper graduate of Niger Delta University and a graduate of the Lagos Campus of the Nigerian Law School, where she obtained her Barrister-at-Law (BL) qualification.
She is skilled in legal research, drafting and settling of court processes, and providing courtroom support in contentious matters. She is committed to professionalism, diligence, and contributing to the advancement of a fair and just society through legal practice.

Agbede Idris Esq. was called to the Nigerian Bar and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from University of Ilorin and completed his professional training at the Nigerian Law School Yola in the year 2024.
He has developed competence across several areas of law, including but not limited to corporate and commercial law, litigation, property law. His professional experience includes drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, representing clients in court, and providing advisory services to individuals, startups, and corporate entities.

She completed her legal education at the Nigerian Law School, Bwari Campus, and was called to the Nigerian Bar. Tosin is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators and an accredited member of the Mediation Training Institute. She is also a member of the International Law Association of Nigeria.
Tosin is passionate about continuous learning and is eager to explore all areas of law. She has a particular interest in criminal law, and also appreciates property law. Additionally, she is interested in corporate law and other legal disciplines. She is committed to broadening her expertise across the legal profession.
